Burger Pig is the brainchild of chef Timothy Abell who started out working for Ben Coffin at the Ranchers Club in Stillwater, OK in the early 2000s.  In 2004 he moved to Los Angeles to focus on California fine dining.  His resume includes The Hungry Cat, Joe’s, Water Grill & Wilshire Restaurant. He launched the popular Flatiron Truck in 2010. Soon after, Flatiron Catering & Event Production took off. 12 years and two kids latter Timothy is back to stay in OKC. Burger Pig will focus on locally raised beef and his cornerstone menu the “Triple Pig Burger” with a mixture of a pork patty, bacon tomato jam, lettuce and tomato. Abell’s menu will also include french fries, onion rings, and a variety of shakes.
