El Guate is a Guatemalan street food concept from local chef Chris McCabe. El Guate will be McCabe’s first venture on his own after leaving the prestigious position as Culinary Director for the Good Egg Dining Group. The menu will focus on dishes such as banana leaf tamales, carne asada tacos, pepian pollo, and some traditional Guatemalan deserts.
