Graffiti OKC is brought to you by Chef Jonas Favela, the executive chef at Union Woodfire Grill in OKC. Favela grew up in Las Vegas and has been involved in the culinary scene since a teenager. Graffiti OKC will consist of Latin and Asian inspired fusion dishes that are healthy and focus on simple ingredients. Menu items will include ginger-pork bao, miso grilled sirloin, and bread pudding “churros” for dessert.
