Leroy Richardson’s family has been in the barbecue business for more than 75 years. His grandmother, Veola, cooked for her family using a wood stove and the signature blend of wood that Smoked Out BBQ still uses today. Today, Leroy and his fiancee, Jacque, run the business, which started in 2018 with a food truck. The restaurant brings its signature smoked meats, homemade sides and specialty desserts to Parlor’s lineup.
