Leroy Richardson and his fiancee, Jacque, run Smoked Out BBQ. Signature menu items include the Sampson, which features brisket, pulled pork, ribs, chicken, a hot link and smoked sausage chopped together and topped with an onion ring; and the pineapple express, which is smoked and sliced chicken breast topped with sweet and tangy sauce and a fried pineapple slice. Shareable dishes include salt and pepper pickle fries; holy smokes, which are French fries, tater tots or curly fries topped with a half pound of the customer’s choice of meat plus cheese and barbecue sauce. Burnt ends are available Thursday, Friday and Saturday only.
