This OKC concept is the brainchild of chefs and cousins Eric Smith and Avery Cannon. Smith is the Executive Chef of VZD’S and The Crown Room, as well as the Creative Director for Rally Group Realty. Cannon is partners in Empire Slice House and an Operating Partner for Wheeze the Juice. Pachinko Parlor is their interpretation of what Americans love about sushi and Asian cuisine. Reviving the cult classic feel of their 9th street brick and mortar, Pachinko Parlor will feature playful staples from the concept like crispy tapioca chips with sweet chili sauce, and tempura green beans while keeping the sushi roll selection eclectic. Pachinko Parlor has unique takes on classic rolls, as well as their creations the “Curried Chicken Salad Roll” and the “Crab Rangoon Roll”. Pachinko Parlor is an incredibly festive cuisine!
