Oklahoma City, January 2025 — Monte’s Gourmet Dogs (MGD) is thrilled to announce
its debut at Parlor OKC, serving up unique, chef-crafted hot dogs with bold flavors and

Inspired by founder Monte Williamson’s childhood, MGD traces its roots back to Elmer’s
Burger Barn, the family restaurant his father opened in 1977. At just 13 years old, Monte
worked six days a week, igniting his entrepreneurial spirit. The logo honors this legacy,
featuring a young Monte bringing his vision to life.

MGD sets itself apart with gourmet hot dog combinations—including vegetarian options
—served on the highest quality buns. Each menu item is a signature creation by Monte
and is freshly prepared in five minutes or less, combining flavor with efficiency.
The launch at Parlor OKC has been a smooth process thanks to their full support, from
POS systems to signage and delivery options. “Parlor has been an incredible partner,
